I would recommend Scott Mumford service for anybody especially Simi Valley's resident. Scott is very smart, honest, reasonably-priced and most of all , he would answer text so you don't have to go thru all the hassle of calling and be on hold and spell the address and stuff like that. Scott was able to replace the part on a 34 years old AC unit and make it working again.. He also give us a very reasonable quote for the new unit plus installation. Highly recommended.

I've been using Scott Mumford since I bought my home 10 years ago. All the work he and his team have done has been excellent. Scott has always explained the issues that have come up, how he will take care of them and what is the best course of action. I only use Scott and his crew for my HVAC needs. Thanks Scott!!

I live on the east side of Simi and hadn't been here in a really long time. According to their website they had the items I needed in stock so I placed the order online for store pickup. Seemed like an easy deal. I. Was. Wrong. Site states orders ready in "2 hours". 4 hours later, my order is still listed as "being sent to warehouse". First I called the store and asked how long store pickup orders generally take. The answer I got from the woman who answered the phone was, "I don't know, a day??". When I questioned that she asked the manager who replied with "1 hour". I ended up calling the customer service # on their site. Steven was great and after the long hold while he dealt with inadequately trained store employees he was able to get them to pick the 2 items I ordered. Unfortunately, picking them up was another problem as I had to wait as the manager located their tablet which they didn't have available even though they knew a store pickup was coming in. Store pick up from Simi Valley is not an option or convenient. They are slow, lazy, untrained, and not particularly caring as far as customers are concerned. I also had to wait as the manager had to get on the phone and explain that the groomer had cut a dogs paw, while the groomer stood there refusing to get on the phone with the customer. Not a place I will visit again. EVER.
